SEKUCo University

In October of 2007, the Northeastern Diocese(NED) of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Tanzania in cooperation with the Southeastern Penn Synod of the ELCA, opened a new college for training of Special Education Teachers in the Tanga region of Tanzania….Several UDLC members and Pastor Lawlor were on the SEKUCo Coordinating Committee that worked for two years to begin this new dream. Not only will SEKUCo train teachers, but a Law School will be opened and Ecotourism Program will follow. Four UDLC representatives were present for the SEKUCo dedication!
