In an effort to better meet the needs of our Sunday School students and to best provide for their safety, we have designed the attached Sunday School Registration Form.  This form consist of two pages: one with general family information and one with confidential student information.  Be assured that the information you provide will only be shared with appropriate staff on a need-to-know basis.  All forms will kept in a locked file, to assure confidentiality.

Please complete one of these new forms for each of each of your children/youth in our Sunday School program and return the form to Livvy Steffens, Director of Children and Educational Ministries  or your child's teacher at your earliest possible convenience.  Each new Sunday School year, we will ask  you to update your student's registration form.  We will provide you with a computer generated form where you can provide any new information you might wish to share with us.

Our ministry at Upper Dublin Lutheran Church is to invite, welcome, and nurture all people ... to join in ministry and service together - sharing our God given gifts and God's love with his people.  It is our blessing to welcome alll children into our Sunday School program, where they will be nurtured in their faith and loved unconditionaly as God's beloved children!  We pray that each child will have the joy of discovering his or her God given gifts and learn to share those gifts with others.  And we pray that each child will become open to the heart of God - will learn how much God loves them, that God will always be with them - that He is a gracious, loving and forgiving god .... What a joyful story we have to share!

As a part fo our ministry of Christian Education we look forward to meeting with parents or guardian s of any children who have special needs, before those children attend class, to discuss with you how we can best meet your child's special nees in our classroom setting.  If you are parent or guardian of a child with special needs, please call me, Livvy Steffens at 215-646-7999, ext 105.  I will be happy to meet with you to discuss how we can best meet the nees of your child and to help arrange a time for you to meet with your child's teacher.
