Christmas Eve Services
Christmas Eve is a holy and hope-filled night—a time to gather, sing familiar carols, hear the story of Jesus’ birth, and receive the light of Christ in the midst of a waiting world. We offer four worship services on Christmas Eve, each with a distinct style, all centered on the same good news: God is with us. Wherever you are coming from, there is a place for you.
3:00 Family Service
This joyful, interactive service is especially designed for children and families, while welcoming worshipers of all ages. Music is led by our children’s musical ensembles along with our band, and the message takes the form of an extended children’s message with something meaningful for everyone. As we sing Silent Night, the sanctuary glows as we raise glow sticks together—a moment of wonder, joy, and shared celebration.
5:00 Contemporary Service
This service features a warm, contemporary style of worship led by our band. It includes a brief children’s message, a sermon reflecting on the meaning of Christmas, and the celebration of Holy Communion. This service offers a relaxed and accessible way to enter into the mystery and joy of Christmas Eve.
7:00 Traditional Service with Brass
A classic Christmas Eve service filled with rich musical tradition. Our chancel choir and brass ensemble lead beloved carols and special music as we hear the Christmas story proclaimed. Holy Communion is celebrated, making this a deeply meaningful and reverent service for those who cherish the traditional sounds and rhythms of Christmas.
9:00 Traditional Service
This late-evening service offers a quieter, reflective close to Christmas Eve. Featuring traditional worship, special music, and Holy Communion, the service culminates in candlelight as we sing Silent Night together—sending us into the night bearing Christ’s light and peace.
